The invention provides a composite material automobile top cover middle cross beam and a forming method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of automobile lightweight design. The cross beams are made of glass fiber-metal net composite materials, and the overall laying design is that a layer of metal net is clamped between two layers of composite materials. The composite material layer is made of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite materials, and the metal net layer is made of 304 stainless steel. The forming method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting a metal net and carrying out electroplating phosphating treatment on the surface of the metal net; (2) preparing a glass fiber polypropylene prepreg unidirectional belt; (3) the prepreg and a metal net are laid according to requirements, a double-steel-belt press is used for rolling, and a metal-composite laminated plate is obtained; and (4) carrying out compression molding to obtain a final finished product. On the premise of meeting the requirements of light weight and strength and rigidity, the problems that the price of used carbon fibers is high, and the strength of used glass fibers is low are solved. And meanwhile, by means of the forming method, the connecting performance between the metal net and the composite material is improved, and then the overall strength and rigidity of the material and the product are improved.

    本发明提供了一种复合材料汽车顶盖中横梁及其成型方法,属于汽车轻量化设计技术领域。横梁采用玻纤‑金属网复合材料,整体铺覆设计为两层复合材料夹一层金属网。所述复材层为连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料,金属网层为304不锈钢。成型方法的步骤如下:(1)裁剪金属网并对表面进行电镀磷化处理;(2)制备玻纤聚丙烯预浸料单向带;(3)将预浸料和金属网按要求铺覆,使用双钢带压机辊压,得到金属‑复材层合板;(4)采用模压成型得到最终成品。本发明在满足轻量化和强度刚度要求的前提下,解决了使用碳纤价格较高,使用玻纤强度较低的问题。同时提供的成型方法提升了金属网和复材之间的连接性能,进而提高了材料和产品整体的强度和刚度。
