A rear cross member; and a side beam; two first mounting holes are formed in the top of the front cross beam, driving shaft holes and second mounting holes are formed in the side beams, and the two ends of the front cross beam and the two ends of the rear cross beam extend outwards and are connected with a front fixing part and a rear fixing part correspondingly; a first installation assembly, a second installation assembly, a third installation assembly and a fourth installation assembly are arranged between the front fixing part and the rear fixing part on the side beam, the first installation assembly is connected to the second installation assembly, the third installation assembly is located above the driving shaft hole, and the fourth installation assembly is located below the driving shaft hole and close to the rear fixing part. The casting method is simple in step, the casting machining quality of the rear auxiliary frame can be improved, the fluorescent flaw detection precision of the rear auxiliary frame casting can be improved, the labor intensity of manual detection is reduced, and the production quality of the rear auxiliary frame is improved.
本发明公开一体式后副车架及其铸造方法,包括前横梁;后横梁;和侧梁;前横梁的顶部设有两个第一安装孔,侧梁设有驱动轴孔和第二安装孔,前横梁和后横梁的两端向外延伸,并分别连接有前固定部和后固定部,侧梁上位于前固定部和后固定部之间设有第一安装组件、第二安装组件、第三安装组件和第四安装组件,第一安装组件连接于第二安装组件,第三安装组件位于驱动轴孔的上方,第四安装组件位于驱动轴孔的下方并靠近后固定部。本发明的铸造方法步骤简单,不仅可以提高后副车架的铸造加工质量,而且可以提高对后副车架铸件的荧光探伤精度,降低人工检测的劳动强度,提高后副车架的生产质量。
