The invention relates to a direction judgment method during railway vehicle repair, which is generally used for determining and comprehensively judging the running direction and displacement of a vehicle by acquiring a shaft end photoelectric speed sensor signal and a vehicle direction handle signal on the railway vehicle, and realizing a safety protection function through vehicle-mounted calculation. When a railway vehicle is dragged by other vehicles, has no power and is in a supplementary state, a driver's handle is always kept in a neutral position, and an operation monitoring system cannot obtain vehicle operation direction information, so that the system vehicle operation direction is wrongly calculated. The vehicle wheel set running direction is obtained by judging the phase difference value of the two channels of the shaft end speed sensor for the first time, and therefore the vehicle running direction during machine supplementing is determined according to the wheel set running direction.

    本发明是一种轨道车辆补机时的方向判断方法,通常在轨道车辆上通过采集轴端光电速度传感器信号,车辆方向手柄信号确定,综合判断车辆运行方向和位移,通过车载计算实现安全防护功能。当轨道车辆被其他车辆牵引,自身无动力并处于补机状态下,司机手柄经常保持在中立位,运行监控系统无法获取车辆运行方向信息,导致系统车辆运行方向计算错误。本发明首次通过判断轴端速度传感器两个通道相位差值,获取车辆轮对运行方向,从而根据轮对运行方向确定补机时的车辆运行方向。
