The invention discloses a track steering wheel mechanism which comprises a track, a trolley body, motor modules and power wheel modules, the motor modules are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the trolley body, each power wheel module comprises a power wheel and a universal joint coupler, a first circular groove is formed in one side of each power wheel, and a second circular groove is formed in the other side of each power wheel. A second circular groove is formed in the bottom of the first circular groove, a crossed roller bearing is embedded in the first circular groove, a steering fixing frame is fixed to one side of the crossed roller bearing, and one end of the universal joint coupler is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the speed reducer. And the other end extends to the bottom of the circular groove II and is fixedly connected with the power wheel through a bolt. The track steering wheel mechanism is advanced in design and convenient to use, the overall structure becomes compact, the occupied space is very small, the design has a good adaptation environment for the height requirement of equipment, and the height of the overall equipment can be visually reduced by changing the wheel diameter.

    本发明公开了一种轨道转向轮机构,包括轨道、小车主体、电机模组和动力轮模组,所述电机模组设置在小车主体的前后两端,所述动力轮模组包括动力轮和万向节联轴器,所述动力轮的一侧设有圆形凹槽一,所述圆形凹槽一的底部设有圆形凹槽二,所述圆形凹槽一内嵌套有交叉滚子轴承,所述交叉滚子轴承的一侧固定有转向固定架,所述万向节联轴器的一端与减速机的转轴固定连接,且另一端延伸至圆形凹槽二的底部并通过螺栓与动力轮固定连接。该轨道转向轮机构设计先进、使用方便,使得整体结构变得紧凑,占用空间非常小,使得该设计对于设备的高度要求有良好的适应环境,可以通过更改轮径大小很直观的降低整体设备的高度。
