The vehicle automatic driving redundancy control method comprises the following steps: acquiring information required by automatic driving; calculating a control quantity for automatic driving according to the acquired information by a chassis domain controller and an automatic driving domain controller; and comparing a control quantity from the chassis domain controller with a control quantity from the automatic driving domain controller, and if a difference between the control quantity from the chassis domain controller and the control quantity from the automatic driving domain controller is within a predetermined threshold range, determining that the chassis domain controller is in the automatic driving domain controller. If yes, the control quantity from the automatic driving domain controller is output to an actuator of the vehicle so as to control automatic driving of the vehicle, and otherwise, the control quantity from the chassis domain controller is output to the actuator of the vehicle so as to control automatic driving of the vehicle.
