The invention relates to a power-assisted mechanism of a folding charging gun, and aims to solve the technical problems that the existing similar products are inconvenient to mount, occupy a large space, are difficult to apply to a folding suspension arm or folding rocker arm structure of the charging gun, are difficult to fold and assist in use, and are lack of structural design for preventing the charging gun from falling off. The mechanism comprises a large and small arm assembly and an automatic reset assembly. One end of a wire harness of the mechanism is connected with a charging cable of a charging gun through a charging cable ring. The key point is that the other end of the wire harness is connected with a take-up device after being guided and turned by an automatic reset assembly at the top of the large and small arm assembly, the outer diameter of the take-up device is provided with a shell, the take-up device is arranged on one side of the base, and the large and small arm assembly is arranged on the other symmetrical side of the base. A big arm profile, a small arm fixing sleeve and a small arm profile of the big and small arm assembly are connected in sequence and are arranged on one side of the base in an n shape in a folded state through an automatic reset assembly; the take-up device is pulled to stretch out according to the principle of an automatic rope pulling mechanism, and is pulled again to automatically retract.

    本发明涉及一种折叠充电枪助力机构,是针对解决现有同类产品安装较为不便,空间占有较大,同时较难应用于充电枪的折叠吊臂或折叠摇臂结构,较难折叠和助力使用,缺少防止充电枪掉落结构设计的技术问题。该机构包括大小臂组件和自动复位组件,该机构的线束一端通过充电线环与充电枪的充电线缆连接;其要点是所述线束的另一端通过大小臂组件顶部自动复位组件的导向变向后与收线器连接,收线器的外径设有外壳,收线器设置于底座的一侧,大小臂组件设置于底座对称的另一侧,大小臂组件的大臂型材、小臂固定套、小臂型材依次连接并通过自动复位组件在折叠状态下呈几字形设置于底座的一侧;上述收线器根据自动拉绳机构原理拉动伸出,再次拉动自动收回。
