A high-temperature superconductive magnetic suspension roller wheel comprises outer wrapping rubber, a rigid roller shell, a heat insulation layer, permanent magnets, a tubular shaft, a liquid nitrogen bin and a high-temperature superconductor. The upper edge of the wall of the liquid nitrogen bin is connected with the tubular shaft, and the lower edge is connected with the arc-shaped surface; the tubular shaft is communicated with the liquid nitrogen bin through the hole; a heat insulation layer is arranged on the upper part of the tubular shaft outside the silo wall and the end plate; thrust bearings are arranged on the tubular shafts at the two ends of the liquid nitrogen bin and are in sliding fit with the rigid end plates; an end vacuum heat preservation cavity is formed outside the rigid end plate; a threading hole is formed in the right side of the partition in the shaft of the inner cavity of the tubular shaft and is used for allowing a deflation valve, a temperature detector, a gas detector, a liquid level detector, a suspension gap detector, a high-temperature superconductor power line and a signal line to penetrate out; a deflation valve, a temperature detector, a gas detector and a liquid level detector are mounted on the left tubular shaft of the in-shaft partition; the deflation valve, the temperature detector, the gas detector and the liquid level detector are respectively communicated with the inner cavity of the tubular shaft through holes; a suspension gap between the lower portion of the high-temperature superconductor and the permanent magnet is detected through a suspension gap detector and controlled and kept through power supply.

    一种高温超导磁悬浮滚筒轮有外包胶、刚性筒壳、绝热保温层、永磁体、管式轴、液氮仓和高温超导体;液氮仓仓壁上边连接管式轴,下边连接弧形面,弧形面下面安装高温超导体;管式轴通过孔与液氮仓连通;仓壁和端板外面管式轴上部有绝热保温层;在液氮仓两端的管式轴上有推力轴承,推力轴承与刚性端板滑动配合;刚性端板外面有端部真空保温腔;管式轴内腔轴中隔断的右边有穿线孔,穿线孔用于穿出放气阀、温度探测器、气体探测器、液位探测器、悬浮间隙探测器、高温超导体电源线及信号线;轴中隔断左边管式轴上面安装有放气阀、温度探测器、气体探测器和液位探测器;放气阀、温度探测器、气体探测器及液位探测器各通过其孔与管式轴内腔连通;高温超导体下面与永磁体之间的悬浮间隙,通过悬浮间隙探测器探测,通过供电予以控制和保持。
