Therefore, under the condition that the battery cannot be charged, energy generated by electric braking of the extended-range automobile can be consumed through all the components of the extended-range automobile, then the electric braking force generated when the extended-range automobile goes downhill for a long time is guaranteed, abrasion of a mechanical braking system is reduced, and the service life of the mechanical braking system is prolonged.
