The invention relates to an off-the-road tire which comprises a tire body, a steel wire ring and filling rubber, and the tire body comprises a main tire body and a turn-up tire body; at the bead toe, the main body tire body bypasses the bead ring to form a reversely extending turn-up tire body, and the bead toe is wrapped by the bead ring through the main body tire body and the turn-up tire body; filling rubber is filled between the turn-up tire body and the main tire body; and the end point of the turn-up tire body is not lower than the horizontal axis of the off-the-road tire. The tire performance is improved by optimizing the sidewall profile and the structure of the off-the-road tire, a turn-up endpoint extends to a position above a horizontal axis by researching a turn-up technology, and further, the invention further relates to structural improvement of filling rubber, so that the compression stress of a turn-up tire body is reduced, the durability of the tire is improved, and the service life of the off-the-road tire is prolonged. The service life of tires is prolonged.
本发明涉及工程机械轮胎,包括胎体、钢丝圈和填充胶,胎体包括主体胎体和反包胎体;在胎趾处,主体胎体绕过钢丝圈后形成反向延伸的反包胎体,主体胎体与反包胎体将钢丝圈包绕于胎趾处;在反包胎体与主体胎体之间填充填充胶;反包胎体的端点不低于工程机械轮胎的水平轴。本发明通过对工程机械轮胎的胎侧轮廓以及结构进行优化提升了轮胎性能,通过对反包技术的研究,将反包端点延伸至水平轴以上,进一步还涉及对填充胶的结构改进使得反包胎体的压缩应力减小,以提升轮胎耐久性能,延长轮胎使用寿命。
