The invention provides a method for predicting the mechanical property of a marine high-strength steel welding rod. The method comprises the steps that S1, uniform marine high-strength steel welding rod mechanical property data samples are obtained; s2, determining input characteristic variables of the model through correlation analysis and significance t test; s3, data standardization; s4, establishing a model, randomly selecting 80%-90% of the sample data as a training set, taking the rest 10%-20% of the sample data as a test set, modeling by adopting an XGBoost algorithm, and adjusting parameters; and calculating a determination coefficient R2, an average error and a root-mean-square error of the constructed model by using the test set, and when the determination coefficient R2 is greater than 0.92 and the average error percentage is less than or equal to 12%, representing that modeling succeeds. The mechanical property model of the high-strength steel welding rod for the ship is wide in application range and high in prediction precision, the experimental workload of research and development of the high-strength steel welding rod for the ship is greatly reduced, the experimental cost is saved, and the research and development period is shortened.
本发明提供了一种船用高强钢焊条的力学性能预测方法,包括:S1、获取均匀的船用高强钢焊条力学性能数据样本;S2、通过相关性分析和显著性t检验来确定模型的输入特征变量;S3、数据标准化;S4、模型建立,随机选取所述样本数据的80%‑90%作为训练集,剩余10%‑20%样本数据作为测试集,采用XGBoost算法建模并进行调参;利用测试集来计算构建模型的决定系数R2、平均误差和均方根误差,当决定系数R2>0.92且平均误差百分比≤12%时,代表建模成功。本发明所述的船用高强钢焊条的力学性能模型的适用范围广且预测精度高,极大幅度减少船用高强钢焊条研制的实验工作量,节约试验成本并缩短研制周期。
