The invention provides a residual stress detection system and method which are high in precision, low in cost and suitable for engineering application. The system comprises a sample holder, a calibration base and a detection unmanned aerial vehicle. The sample holder serves as a bearing platform of a test piece, the calibration base is used for calibrating the size, and the detection unmanned aerial vehicle is responsible for conducting size detection on the test piece at different time nodes. Through the standard length identification of the calibration base, the system can realize the detection precision up to 1 [mu] m, and is especially suitable for test piece analysis after the processes of machining, heat treatment, welding and the like. The operation process of the system is simple and convenient, an operator only needs to process the test piece at the beginning and the end of detection, other processes can be automatically completed by the test piece transfer trolley and the detection unmanned aerial vehicle, and the labor cost is greatly reduced. According to calculation, a single detection unmanned aerial vehicle and a transfer vehicle can respectively realize 288 piece and 4320 piece detection capability in a preset detection period, so that the detection efficiency is greatly improved, and continuous use of products is not influenced at the same time.

    本发明提出了一种高精度、低成本、适用于工程化应用的残余应力检测系统及方法。该系统包括试样架、定标基座和检测无人机。试样架作为试件的承载平台,定标基座用于标定尺寸,检测无人机则负责在不同时间节点对试件进行尺寸检测。通过定标基座的标准长度标识,系统可实现高达1μm的检测精度,尤其适用于机械加工、热处理和焊接等过程后的试件分析。系统的操作流程简便,操作人员只需在检测开始和结束时处理试件,其余过程可由试件转运车和检测无人机自动完成,大幅降低了人力成本。根据计算,单台检测无人机和转运车在预设检测周期内可分别实现288件和4320件的检测能力,极大提高了检测效率,同时不影响产品的继续使用。
