    本发明公开了一种挖机驱动轮及其锻造方法,属于驱动轮技术领域,通过将轮圈卡入驱动轮主体内,转柄则带动丝杆旋转,丝杆旋转的过程中螺母则带动锥形柱向安装槽内移动,使锥形柱在移动的过程中卡杆能够在滑轨内移动,同时卡杆向滑孔外伸出,直至卡杆卡入卡槽内,通过卡杆将驱动轮主体与轮圈进行卡接安装,且轮圈内壁的卡杆能够卡入从挖机传动机构上,摒弃传统采用螺栓固定的方式,操作十分便捷,将轮圈与驱动轮主体进行分离时则反向转动转柄,则相对的两个卡杆能够相互靠近并且分别脱离驱动轮主体和挖机传动机构,在驱动轮外齿损坏时,能够将驱动轮主体单独取下更换或检修,无需更换整个驱动轮,降低经济损失,具有良好的应用前景。
