The invention relates to the technical field of crane collision prevention, and discloses a crane collision prevention device based on a laser sensor and an operation technology thereof.The device comprises a base and a supporting frame arranged on the base, the supporting frame comprises two supporting rods, a bracket, a locking plate and a reinforcing rod, and the two supporting rods are perpendicularly arranged on the base; a bracket is connected between the tops of the two supporting rods, one side of the bracket is rotationally connected with the supporting rods on the two sides through bolts, the bottom of the other side of the bracket is connected with two arc-shaped locking plates movably connected with the reinforcing rods, and the two reinforcing rods are obliquely arranged between the sides, connected with the bracket, of the supporting rods and the base. The bracket can mount and fix the laser sensor, can rotate to adjust the angle and can adjust the height of the bracket, so that the angle requirement during measurement is met, the displacement state of the crane in the using process is conveniently monitored in real time, and collision accidents caused by movement of the crane are avoided. The bracket is provided with the lock hole in the lock plate, angle adjustment is convenient, fixing is achieved through the locking bolt, and the mode is reliable.

    本发明涉及起重器防碰撞技术领域,公开了一种基于激光传感器的起重机防碰撞装置及其操作工艺,装置包括底座以及设于底座上的支撑架,支撑架包括支撑杆、托架、锁板、加强杆,支撑杆设两根,垂直设于底座上,两根支撑杆顶部之间连接有托架,托架一边与两侧支撑杆通过螺栓转动连接,另一侧底部连接有两块与加强杆活动连接的弧形锁板,支撑杆连接托架一侧与底座之间斜向设有两根加强杆。托架能够对激光传感器进行安装固定,能够旋转进行角度调节而且托架高度可以调节,满足测量时的角度需求,便于对起重机使用过程中的位移状态进行实时监测,避免起重机移动造成碰撞事故。托架在锁板上设置锁孔,角度调节便利,通过锁止螺栓固定,方式可靠。
