The invention relates to a monorail crane double-rail connection reversing system and a using method, the monorail crane double-rail connection reversing system comprises two side-by-side rails, each rail comprises an input rail, a first output rail and a second output rail, the first output rail and the second output rail are connected through a turnout, the second output rail of one rail intersects with the first output rail of the other rail, and a reversing mechanism is arranged at the intersection; the reversing mechanism comprises a fixing frame and a reversing rail located below the fixing frame, the reversing rail is hinged to the fixing frame through a vertical rotating shaft, a first butt-joint opening matched with the reversing rail is formed in the position, at the intersection position, of the first output rail, and a second butt-joint opening matched with the reversing rail is formed in the position, at the intersection position, of the second output rail. The reversing mechanism further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the reversing rail to swing between the first butt-joint opening and the second butt-joint opening, side-by-side walking of the two monorail cranes is achieved, rail replacement is achieved through the turnout, switching between the crossed rails after rail replacement is achieved through the reversing device, and therefore the load capacity of the monorail cranes in a roadway is improved, and the transportation capacity is improved.

    本发明涉及一种单轨吊双轨连接换向系统及使用方法,包括两条并排的轨道,所述轨道包括输入轨,以及通过道岔连接的第一输出轨和第二输出轨,其中一个轨道的第二输出轨和另一个轨道的第一输出轨交叉且交叉处设置换向机构,所述换向机构包括固定架以及位于固定架下方的换向轨,换向轨通过竖向的转轴与固定架铰接,交叉处的第一输出轨上设有与换向轨适配的第一对接口,交叉处的第二输出轨上设有与换向轨适配的第二对接口,换向机构还包括驱动换向轨在第一对接口和第二对接口之间摆动的驱动机构,本发明实现了两个单轨吊的并排行走,通过道岔实现换轨,并通过换向装置实现换轨后交叉轨道之间的切换,从而提高单轨吊在巷道内的载重量,提高运输能力。
