The device has the beneficial effects that the technical problem that the existing domestic microgravity simulation device cannot perform large-scale measurement and development condition tracking on mature plants is solved, and the experimental materials for the existing simulator are animal cells, plant seedlings, single plant adult seedlings and the like; and large-scale microgravity simulation of the overground part of the mature plant in a unified environment cannot be met. By means of the gyrator, the growth and development reactions of the overground parts of various plants under microgravity can be tested in batches.
本发明涉及一种用于植物微重力效应模拟的回转器及方法,包括:主体箱以及可移动光源,所述主体箱包括:串联拼接的多组模块,所述模块上设置有多个夹具,所述夹具用于放置植物培养容器并带动所述植物培养容器旋转;所述可移动光源设置于所述主体箱的前侧、并相对于所述主体箱的距离可调,用于为植物样品提供光照。本发明的有益效果是克服了目前国内微重力模拟装置无法对成熟植物进行大规模测量和发育情况跟踪的技术难题,现有模拟器针对的实验材料是动物细胞、植物幼苗、单一植物成苗等,不能满足在统一环境下对成熟植物地上部分的大批量微重力模拟。通过本回转器能够实现批量测试各种、各品种植物的地上部分在微重力下的生长发育反应。
