An astronaut seat back locking mechanism comprises a supporting module and a locking module, and the supporting module is composed of a supporting assembly and a locking assembly; the locking module is composed of a spring bolt assembly, an unlocking handle assembly and a pull-back handle assembly. The supporting assembly comprises a supporting plate; the locking assembly comprises a supporting module spring bolt, a spring bolt spring and the like. The spring bolt assembly comprises a locking module spring bolt, a jackscrew, a mounting seat and the like; the unlocking handle assembly comprises a lock cover, an unlocking handle, an unlocking handle torsion spring and the like; the pull-back handle assembly comprises a limiting rod, a pull-back handle, a lock shell and the like. The supporting plate does not occupy the movement space of the seat and can be fixed on the side surface of the seat back when retracted; during working, the stress of the angle adjuster can be well balanced, and the chair operation is not influenced; the locking module is compact in structure and convenient to operate. Unlocking and withdrawing of the left and right lock tongues can be synchronously controlled through the connecting rod, and operation is easy. The device is suitable for assisting an angle adjuster to lock and protect the angle of the chair back under the condition that mechanical conditions of an aerospace chair are complex.

    一种航天员座椅椅背锁定机构,包括支撑模块和锁定模块,支撑模块由支撑组件和锁止组件组成;锁定模块由锁舌组件、解锁手柄组件和回拉手柄组件组成;所述支撑组件包括支撑板;所述锁止组件包括支撑模块锁舌、锁舌弹簧等;所述锁舌组件包括锁定模块锁舌、顶丝、安装座等;所述解锁手柄组件包括锁盖、解锁手柄、解锁手柄扭簧等;所述回拉手柄组件包括限位杆、回拉手柄、锁壳等;支撑板不占用座椅运动空间,收回时可固定在椅背侧面;工作时,能够较好平衡调角器受力,对在椅操作无影响;锁定模块结构紧凑,操作方便。通过连杆可同步控制左右锁舌解锁与收回,操作简单。本发明适用于航天座椅在力学条件复杂情况下,辅助调角器进行椅背角度的锁定与保护。
