The invention discloses an intelligent sleeve system for an aircraft high-temperature air entraining pipeline, which comprises a first fiber bragg grating temperature sensor, a second fiber bragg grating temperature sensor, a third fiber bragg grating temperature sensor, a fourth fiber bragg grating temperature sensor, a fourth fiber bragg grating temperature sensor and a fifth fiber bragg grating temperature sensor, the second fiber bragg grating temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the corresponding position of the joint of the air-entraining guide pipe of the aircraft through each grating to obtain distributed temperature data of the joint of the air-entraining guide pipe of the aircraft; the air-entraining conduit temperature field construction module constructs an air-entraining conduit temperature field model by adopting an interpolation-based temperature field reduction algorithm according to the distributed temperature data of the airplane air-entraining conduit body and the distributed temperature data at the joint, and obtains the temperature data of each point of the airplane air-entraining conduit by utilizing the air-entraining conduit temperature field model; and the air-entraining leakage condition is judged by utilizing the temperature data of each point of the air-entraining guide pipe of the aircraft. According to the invention, rapid monitoring and positioning of leakage of the air-entraining pipeline of the airplane are realized, and the reliability of leakage alarm is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机高温引气管路的智能套管系统,它包括第一光纤光栅温度传感器通过各个光栅监测飞机引气导管管身对应位置处的温度,得到飞机引气导管管身的分布式温度数据,第二光纤光栅温度传感器通过各个光栅监测飞机引气导管接头处对应位置的温度,得到飞机引气导管接头处的分布式温度数据;引气导管温度场构建模块根据飞机引气导管管身的分布式温度数据和接头处的分布式温度数据采用基于插值的温度场还原算法构建引气导管温度场模型,利用引气导管温度场模型得到飞机引气导管各个点的温度数据,并利用飞机引气导管各个点的温度数据判断引气泄漏情况。本发明实现了飞机引气管道泄漏快速监测与定位,提高了泄漏报警的可靠性。
