The invention discloses a yacht oil-electricity hybrid power system which comprises a yacht propelling module, a motor, a diesel engine, a power generation module, a battery module and an electric control module. The diesel engine is used for combusting diesel oil to generate heat energy, converting the heat energy into mechanical energy and transmitting the mechanical energy to the motor; the motor is connected with the yacht propelling module and drives the yacht propelling module to operate, meanwhile, part of mechanical energy is recycled and converted into electric energy to be stored in the battery module, and the battery module and the power generation module are both connected with the motor through the electric control module for power supply and used for storing the electric energy. The power generation module is further connected with the battery module and stores electric energy to the battery module.
