The invention discloses a multi-stage confining pressure cylindrical shell structure, and belongs to the field of pressure-resistant structures of underwater vehicles. The structure comprises an end flange, a skin, a cap-shaped main reinforced rib, a spiral secondary reinforced rib and a powder discharging hole, the end flange transits axial stress; the skin is a main load-bearing structure; the cap-shaped main reinforcing ribs are distributed at equal intervals, annular rigidity is provided, and the overall buckling load of the structure is effectively improved. The spiral secondary reinforcing ribs are evenly distributed between the skin and the cap-shaped main reinforcing ribs, concentrated stress distribution near the cap-shaped main reinforcing ribs is reduced, local bulging is resisted, and strength damage is restrained. The multi-stage confining pressure cylindrical shell structure is uniform in stress and high in confining pressure bearing efficiency, the defects that a traditional metal confining pressure structure is insufficient in large diving depth bearing performance and the like are overcome, and design and application of a large diving depth underwater vehicle pressure-resistant structure are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种多级围压圆柱壳结构,属于潜航器耐压结构领域。本发明结构包括端部法兰、蒙皮、帽型主加筋肋、螺旋次级加筋肋和排粉孔;端部法兰过渡轴向应力;蒙皮为主承力结构;帽型主加筋肋等间距分布,提供环向刚度,有效提高结构整体屈曲荷载;螺旋次级加筋肋均匀分布在蒙皮与帽型主加筋肋之间,减小帽型主加筋肋附近的集中应力分布,抵抗局部鼓包并抑制强度破坏。本发明的多级围压圆柱壳结构受力均匀、围压承载效率高,解决了传统金属围压构型大潜深承载性能不足等缺点,有利于大潜深潜航器耐压结构的设计与应用。
