The invention discloses a method and a system for identifying rail steel rail surface damage abnormity based on a fiber grating array, and the method comprises the following steps: laying an array grating vibration sensing optical cable on a rail bed of a detection area, continuously monitoring the detection area, and extracting train passing vibration signals generated when a train passes; the vehicle passing vibration signals are converted into a wavelet scale spectrogram; inputting the wavelet scale spectrogram into a pre-trained autoencoder code neural network, and outputting a reconstructed wave scale spectrogram; and calculating the reconstruction loss between the reconstructed wave scale spectrogram and the input wavelet scale spectrogram, comparing the reconstruction loss with a preset threshold value, if the reconstruction loss is greater than the preset threshold value, determining that the surface damage of the rail steel rail is abnormal, otherwise, determining that the rail steel rail is normal. Early-stage rail damage can be found and handled in time, the service life of the steel rail is prolonged, and the safety of the rail steel rail is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于光纤光栅阵列识别轨道钢轨表面伤损异常的方法及系统,其中方法包括以下步骤:在测区的轨道道床上铺设阵列光栅振动传感光缆,持续监测测区并提取列车经过时产生的过车振动信号;将过车振动信号转换为小波尺度谱图;将小波尺度谱图输入预先训练好的自编器码神经网络中,输出经过重建后的波尺度谱图;计算重建后的波尺度谱图与输入的小波尺度谱图之间的重建损失,并与预设阈值进行比较,若大于该预设阈值则判断为轨道钢轨表面伤损异常,否则为正常。本发明可以及时发现和处置早期轨道伤损而延长钢轨使用寿命,提高轨道钢轨安全性。
