According to the method, interval division is carried out on time sequence data of historical vehicle speeds, graph construction is carried out on the divided interval vehicle speed data to obtain a feature sequence comprising adjacent matrixes, and the adjacent matrixes of the interval vehicle speed data are spliced to obtain an adjacent matrix of the historical vehicle speed data. The characteristic sequences of the vehicle speed data of all the intervals are spliced to obtain a characteristic sequence of historical vehicle speed data, and after time attenuation processing is carried out on an adjacent matrix of the historical vehicle speed data, a trained graph convolution network is used for aggregating the adjacent matrix after time attenuation and the characteristic sequence of the historical vehicle speed data; and finally, inputting an aggregation result into a trained prediction unit to obtain a vehicle speed prediction result, so that vehicle speed space feature information in each time period in historical vehicle speed data can be deeply mined, and the weight of recent vehicle speed data is increased, thereby improving the accuracy and real-time performance of vehicle speed prediction.

    本申请涉及人工智能技术领域,提供了一种车速预测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。该方法通过对历史车速的时间序列数据进行区间划分,将划分后的各区间车速数据进行图构建得到包括邻接矩阵的特征序列,将各区间车速数据的邻接矩阵拼接得到历史车速数据的邻接矩阵,并将各区间车速数据的特征序列拼接得到历史车速数据的特征序列,在对历史车速数据的邻接矩阵进行时间衰减处理后,使用训练好的图卷积网络对时间衰减后的邻接矩阵和历史车速数据的特征序列进行聚合,最后将聚合结果输入训练好的预测单元以得到车速预测结果,能够深度挖掘历史车速数据中各时间段内的车速空间特征信息,增加近期车速数据的权重,从而提高车速预测的准确性和实时性。
