The invention discloses an automatic parking system based on an antimony selenide micron-belt near-infrared detector. The automatic parking system comprises the antimony selenide micron-belt near-infrared detector, a micro-control unit MCU and a parking driving module. The automatic parking function is started, the distance between the vehicle and the periphery is detected through the antimony selenide micron-belt near-infrared detector, and the MCU determines whether the target position is available or not; under the condition that available parking spaces exist, the MCU sends an instruction to the parking driving module to control the vehicle to be automatically parked; the antimony selenide micro-ribbon near-infrared detector comprises a weak current measurement module and an analog-to-digital conversion module; the weak current measurement module is used for converting a nanoampere-level current emitted by the antimony selenide microribbon device into an analog voltage signal of 0-2.44 V; and the analog-to-digital conversion module is used for converting the analog voltage signal into a digital signal and transmitting the digital signal to the MCU through the IIC interface. The double problems that in a traditional automatic parking system, the precision of a sensor is limited, and the cost is high are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种基于硒化锑微米带近红外探测器的自动泊车系统,包括硒化锑微米带近红外探测器、微控制单元MCU、泊车驱动模块;自动泊车功能开启,车辆通过硒化锑微米带近红外探测器检测车辆自身与四周距离,MCU确定目标位置是否可用;存在可用车位的情况下,MCU向泊车驱动模块发送指令,控制车辆进行自动泊车;硒化锑微米带近红外探测器包括微弱电流测量模块和模数转换模块;微弱电流测量模块用于将硒化锑微米带器件所发出的纳安级电流转换为0‑2.44V的模拟电压信号;模数转换模块用于将模拟电压信号转换为数字信号,再将数字信号通过IIC接口传送给MCU。本发明有效克服了传统自动泊车系统中传感器精度受限与成本高昂的双重问题。
