The invention provides a front-end heat exchange module of a heat management system, the heat management system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, according to the front-end heat exchange module, an intercooling branch and an electric drive and electric control branch are jointly connected to a first heat dissipation branch in parallel, the first heat dissipation branch is used for dissipating heat of the intercooling branch, and meanwhile primary heat dissipation is conducted on the electric drive and electric control branch; the first three-way proportional valve is used for adjusting the flow of the cooling liquid flowing into the intercooling branch and the second heat dissipation branch, the cooling effect of the intercooling branch is further adjusted by controlling the flow, and then the second heat dissipation branch is used for conducting secondary cooling on the cooling liquid flowing into the electric drive and electric control branch. In this way, secondary cooling of the electrically-driven and electrically-controlled loop and accurate distribution of flow and heat exchange capacity of all the branches are achieved, the cooling requirements of different parts of the intercooling branch and the electrically-driven and electrically-controlled branch are accurately met, the situation that the parts are too cold and too hot is avoided, energy consumed for cooling and heat exchange of all the branches is reduced, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, and the service life of the parts is prolonged. And the thermal management performance of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本申请提出了一种热管理系统的前端换热模块、热管理系统及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域,该前端换热模块将中冷支路和电驱电控支路共同并联在第一散热支路上,利用第一散热支路为中冷支路散热、同时对电驱电控支路进行一级散热;利用第一三通比例阀调整流入中冷支路和第二散热支路的冷却液流量,通过控制流量进一步调整中冷支路的冷却效果,再通过第二散热支路对流入电驱电控支路的冷却液进行二级冷却。以此实现电驱电控回路的二级冷却、各个支路流量和换热能力的精确分配,从而精确地满足了中冷支路、电驱电控支路不同零部件的冷却需求,避免了零部件过冷和过热的情况,降低为各支路冷却换热所消耗的能量,提升换热效率,实现整车热管理性能的提升。
