The invention belongs to the technical field of frame height adjustment, and particularly provides a commercial vehicle frame height automatic adjustment system and an adjustment control method, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a current vehicle speed and a brake frequency in a set time period; the current driving road condition of the vehicle is judged according to the vehicle speed and the braking frequency, and the received target height is corrected according to the driving road condition; the height difference between the current height and the corrected target height is calculated, and a vehicle frame height control adjusting strategy is output; and outputting a corresponding duty ratio according to the vehicle frame height control adjustment strategy, adjusting the inflation volume of an air spring by controlling the on-off state of an electromagnetic valve, and adjusting the vehicle frame to the corrected target height. By monitoring the vehicle speed and the braking frequency in the set time period in real time, the current driving road condition of the vehicle can be intelligently judged, and the target height of the vehicle frame can be dynamically adjusted according to the road condition. And it is ensured that the vehicle can keep the needed vehicle body posture under different road conditions, and therefore the driving safety and stability are improved.

    本发明属于车架高度调节技术领域,具体提供一种商用车车架高度自动调节系统及调节控制方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:获取当前的车速和设定时间段的刹车频次;根据车速和所述刹车频次判定车辆当前行驶路况,并根据行驶路况修正接收到的目标高度;计算当前高度与修正后的目标高度的高度差,并输出车架高度控制调节策略;根据车架高度控制调节策略输出对应的占空比,通过控制电磁阀的通断状态来调整空气弹簧的充气量,将车架调整至修正后的目标高度。通过实时监测车速和设定时间段的刹车频次,本发明能够智能判断车辆当前行驶的路况并据此动态调整车架的目标高度。确保了车辆在不同路况下都能保持所需的车身姿态,从而提高了行车的安全性和稳定性。
