The invention discloses an underwater pressure compensator capable of preventing marine organisms and silt. The underwater pressure compensator comprises a shell, a filtering assembly and a connecting assembly. The shell is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, a cavity is formed in the shell, a compensation assembly is arranged in the cavity, and one end of the compensation assembly can penetrate through the second end; the filtering assembly comprises a first filtering piece, the first filtering piece is connected with the first end, a first filtering hole is formed in the first filtering piece, a concave part is arranged on the side, away from the first end, of the first filtering piece, the first filtering hole is communicated with the concave part, the first filtering piece is provided with a protruding part, and the protruding part is communicated with the first filtering hole. The convex part is located in the concave part, the convex part is provided with a communication channel, and the concave part is communicated with the cavity through the communication channel; the connecting assembly is arranged at the second end, and the end, extending out of the second end, of the compensation assembly is connected with external equipment through the connecting assembly.
