When the riding carrier is a two-wheel or three-wheel carrier with power, the control unit is integrated on a handle of the carrier, the communication key is arranged in a key distribution area of the handle, and the first mainboard and the first wireless communication module are located in the handle; the answering unit is arranged in the helmet, and the answering unit comprises a second main board, a second wireless communication module connected to the second main board, a microphone connected with the second main board, a loudspeaker connected with the second main board and a second battery connected to the second main board. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and riding safety of a rider is ensured.
