The invention provides a motor, a power assembly and an electric vehicle. A rotor of the motor comprises a plurality of rotor iron cores, each rotor iron core comprises a plurality of rotor punching sheets, and the plurality of rotor punching sheets in each rotor iron core are sequentially and adjacently arranged along the axial direction of the motor. Each rotor core comprises a motor shaft hole and a plurality of magnetic steel holes, and the plurality of magnetic steel holes in each rotor core are arranged around one motor shaft hole. Each magnetic steel hole comprises two side hole walls, and one or more pieces of magnetic steel contained in each magnetic steel hole are arranged between the two side hole walls. One side surface of one or more magnetic steels faces one side hole wall, and the other side surface of one or more magnetic steels faces the other side hole wall. At least one magnetic steel hole further comprises a plurality of protrusions, the protrusions in the same magnetic steel hole are distributed on the hole wall of the same side and used for making contact with the surface of the same side of one or more pieces of magnetic steel, and the protrusions in the same magnetic steel hole are distributed on the rotor punching sheets arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the motor. The eddy current loss of the rotor core is low, and the motor efficiency is high.
