The invention discloses a high-safety aviation power battery system, and belongs to the technical field of power battery design, the high-safety aviation power battery system comprises at least one battery pack and a backup module loop, and in a normal working condition, the battery pack (PACK) is not connected with the backup module loop; when an abnormal working condition occurs, the battery pack (PACK) is connected in series with the backup module loop; the battery pack comprises an electrical loop and a pre-charging loop; one end of the electrical loop is connected with the pre-charging loop, and the other end of the electrical loop is electrically connected with the backup module loop. Through the mode, the problem that a whole pack is lost after a single battery cell fails can be solved by using one backup module, a plurality of battery packs can share the same backup module so as to realize income maximization, the backup module is generally low in voltage, and the backup module can be used for low-voltage power supply backup of a BMS after being additionally provided with a small DCDC, so that the system safety is further improved; meanwhile, the system dead weight is further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种高安全航空动力电池系统,属于动力电池设计技术领域,包括至少一个电池包和备份模组回路,正常工况时,电池包(PACK)与备份模组回路不连接;出现异常工况时,所述电池包(PACK)与备份模组回路串联连接;所述电池包包括电气回路和预充回路;电气回路的一端与预充回路连接,电气回路的另一端与备份模组回路电连接。通过上述方式,用一个备份模组可解决单电芯失效后失去整包的问题,多个电池包可以共用同一个备份模组,来实现收益最大化,备份模组一般电压较低,备份模组可以增加一个小型DCDC后用来给BMS的低压电源备份,进一步增加系统安全,同时进一步减少系统死重。
