The invention relates to a distributed signal lamp fault detection system based on intelligent fault diagnosis. The system comprises a computing power machine, a metering machine and a central platform. The computing power machine receives data from the metering machine, interacts with the central platform through wireless communication, and reports fault information. The metering machine is installed on a signal lamp, collects voltage, current and attitude angle parameters, and sends the parameters to the computing power machine through low-power-consumption Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The computing power machine comprises a first microcontroller and a computing power chip and is used for receiving and integrating information reported by the metering machine and carrying out model operation through various intelligent fault diagnosis algorithms. And the central platform receives fault information transmitted by the computing power machine and sends a maintenance instruction to the operation and maintenance personnel PDA through the mobile communication network. The computing power machine can dynamically adjust the used fault diagnosis algorithm according to different application scenes. According to the method, the accuracy and reliability of fault detection are remarkably improved, the operation and maintenance cost is reduced, the operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the safety and smoothness of urban traffic are ensured.

    本发明涉及一种基于智能故障诊断的分布式信号灯故障检测系统。系统包括算力机、计量机和中心平台。算力机接收来自计量机的数据,并通过无线通信与中心平台交互,报告故障信息。计量机安装在信号灯上,采集电压、电流及姿态角参数,并通过低功耗蓝牙或Wi‑Fi发送给算力机。算力机包括第一微控制器和算力芯片,用于接收并整合计量机上报的信息,通过多种智能故障诊断算法进行模型运算。中心平台接收算力机传来的故障信息,并通过移动通信网络向运维人员PDA发送维修指令。算力机能够根据不同的应用场景动态调整所使用的故障诊断算法。本发明显著提高了故障检测的准确性和可靠性,降低了运维成本,提升了运维效率,确保了城市交通的安全和畅通。
