The invention provides a traffic situation prediction method, device and equipment based on a space-time attention mechanism. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring traffic flow data corresponding to each traffic sensing node in a to-be-predicted traffic road network in a historical period; through a pre-trained traffic situation deduction model, space-time embedding representation corresponding to the to-be-predicted traffic road network is extracted, and a traffic situation prediction result corresponding to the to-be-predicted traffic road network is generated based on the traffic flow data and the space-time embedding representation; wherein the traffic situation deduction model is obtained by training a dense connection space-time multi-head attention model combining a space-time attention mechanism and a conversion attention mechanism, and the traffic situation prediction result comprises traffic flow data corresponding to each traffic sensing node in a prediction period. According to the method, the traffic situation prediction precision under the traffic situation deduction scene of the multiple sensing nodes is greatly improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于时空注意力机制的交通态势预测方法、装置及设备,包括:获取待预测交通路网内每个交通感知节点在历史时段下对应的交通流数据;通过预先训练的交通态势推演模型,提取待预测交通路网对应的时空嵌入表示,并基于交通流数据和时空嵌入表示生成待预测交通路网对应的交通态势预测结果;其中,交通态势推演模型是对结合时空注意力机制、转换注意力机制的密集连接时空多头注意力模型进行训练得到的,交通态势预测结果包括每个交通感知节点在预测时段下对应的交通流数据。本发明极大地提升了多感知节点的交通态势推演场景下的交通态势预测精度。
