The invention relates to an intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal data acquisition system and method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a driving monitoring video of a to-be-analyzed driver in a predetermined time period, wherein the driving monitoring video is acquired by a camera; transmitting the driving monitoring video to a processor of the intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal; in the processor, performing driving behavior analysis and depth feature constraint fusion processing on the driving monitoring video to obtain a global constraint driving behavior time sequence feature map; in the processor, a detection result is determined based on the global constraint driving behavior time sequence feature map. Therefore, whether the risk of fatigue driving exists or not can be judged, and a fatigue warning is given out in time to remind a driver to take measures, so that traffic accidents are prevented.
