A sealing structure of a hub bearing comprises a flange plate and a flange outer ring, a sealing assembly is arranged between the flange plate and the flange outer ring and comprises a sealing cover and a sealing ring, the sealing cover rotates along with the flange plate, and the sealing ring is fixed to the flange outer ring and is static relative to the flange plate. A sealing lip in sealing contact with the sealing ring is arranged on the sealing ring in the direction facing the sealing cover, a clamping column is arranged on the flange outer ring, a U-shaped clamping groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the clamping column, of the sealing ring, and an opening of the clamping groove faces the axial direction. And the clamping grooves are matched with the clamping columns so as to prevent the sealing rings from axially and radially deviating in the running process of the hub bearing. The sealing structure has the beneficial effects that the sealing lip is hidden between the sealing cover and the sealing ring, so that the interference of external influence on the sealing lip can be reduced as much as possible through the space design between the sealing cover and the sealing ring; as the sealing lip is in direct contact with the sealing cover, the flange can be prevented from being rusted, and the abrasion influence on the sealing contact part of the sealing lip can be prevented.

    一种轮毂轴承的密封结构,包括法兰盘和法兰外圈,法兰盘和法兰外圈之间设置有密封组件,密封组件包括密封盖和密封圈,密封盖随法兰盘一同转动,密封圈与法兰外圈相固定且相较法兰盘静止,密封圈上朝向密封盖方向设置有与其形成密封接触的密封唇,法兰外圈上设置有卡接柱,密封圈上对应卡接柱设置有呈U型且其开口朝向轴向设置的卡接槽,卡接槽与卡接柱相配合以防止密封圈在轮毂轴承运转过程中发生轴向和径向偏移。本发明的有益效果是:将密封唇隐藏至密封盖和密封圈之间不仅可以通过密封盖与密封圈之间的空间设计以尽可能降低外界影响对密封唇的干扰,也由于密封唇直接接触密封盖而非法兰也能同时防止法兰生锈对密封唇的密封接触处的磨损影响。
