The invention discloses a nylon composite material for an automobile electric pedal accessory as well as a preparation method and application of the nylon composite material. The nylon composite material is prepared from PPA with an amino functional group, zinc oxide modified PPA, glass fibers, modified nano attapulgite, modified silicon carbide, negative ion powder, polytetrafluoroethylene, calcium stearate and a functional aid. Zinc oxide modified PPA is obtained by modifying PPA through zinc oxide, nano attapulgite is acidified to contain carboxyl functional groups and react with amino functional groups and alcoholic hydroxyl functional groups in PPA, silicon nitride is hydroxylated to contain hydroxyl functional groups and react with benzene rings in PPA, and a net structure is formed through various reactions. The preparation method integrates the advantages of zinc oxide, nano attapulgite, silicon carbide and PPA, replaces aluminum alloy and other metal materials to prepare the automobile electric pedal accessory, is formed through an injection molding method, saves more energy, reduces cost, achieves the purpose that steel is replaced by plastic in the automobile electric pedal accessory, and makes up the market blank.
本发明公开一种用于汽车电动脚踏板配件的尼龙复合材料及制备方法和应用,尼龙复合材料通过带氨基官能团的PPA、氧化锌改性的PPA、玻璃纤维、改性纳米凹凸棒土、改性碳化硅、负离子粉、聚四氟乙烯、硬脂酸钙和功能助剂制成。本发明通过氧化锌对PPA改性得到氧化锌改性的PPA,纳米凹凸棒土进行酸化带羧基官能团,与PPA中的氨基官能团和醇羟基官能团反应,氮化硅进行羟基化带羟基官能团,与PPA中的苯环反应,通过多种反应形成网状结构,集氧化锌、纳米凹凸棒土、碳化硅、PPA的优点于一体,代替铝合金等金属材料制备汽车电动脚踏板配件,通过注塑方法成型,更节能降本,实现在汽车电动脚踏板配件中的“以塑代钢”,弥补市场空白。
