A guiding and detecting device is arranged below the T-shaped bearing beam, and an automatic shaft penetrating and detecting device is arranged below the longitudinal beam. Four trolley connecting points are arranged on the horizontal eccentric adjusting upper frame and are suspended below a trolley of the crane through steel wire ropes; four anti-swing lifting points are arranged on the T-shaped bearing beam, and the four anti-swing lifting points are in cross connection with four points on the lifting appliance; the invention designs a special lifting appliance which is used for realizing accurate alignment between radiation and a lifted object and automatically and safely hooking the radiation and the lifted object so as to realize lifting.
