The invention discloses an elevator brake braking force self-adaptive adjusting device and method. The elevator brake braking force self-adaptive adjusting device comprises a brake body, a braking force adjusting module and a brake pad abrasion detection module. The brake body comprises an electromagnetic module, and brake arms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the electromagnetic module. The braking force adjusting modules are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the electromagnetic module, and each braking force adjusting module comprises a driving mechanism and a braking spring adjusting mechanism; the brake pad wear detection modules are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the electromagnetic module, and each brake pad wear detection module comprises a slide rheostat slip sheet and a slide rheostat resistance wire; the brake pad abrasion loss is measured through the sliding rheostat and the position variable quantity of the brake arm after the brake pad is abraded, the compression amount of the brake spring is adjusted through the worm and gear driving lead screw, then the brake force is adjusted, the integration degree is high, the structure is safe and reliable, the brake force is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the brake pad abrasion loss, and the brake efficiency is improved. The brake braking effect is optimized, and the brake safety coefficient is improved.

    本发明公开一种电梯制动器制动力自适应调节装置及方法,包括制动器本体,制动力调节模块,制动衬垫磨损检测模块;制动器本体包括电磁模块,电磁模块两侧对称设置制动臂;制动力调节模块对称设置在电磁模块两侧,制动力调节模块包括驱动机构,制动弹簧调节机构;制动衬垫磨损检测模块对称设置在电磁模块两侧,制动衬垫磨损检测模块包括滑动变阻器滑片,滑动变阻器电阻丝;本发明利用滑动变阻器以及制动衬垫磨损后制动臂的位置变化量,测量制动衬垫磨损量,并通过蜗轮蜗杆驱动丝杆调节制动弹簧压缩量,进而调节制动力,本发明集成度高,结构安全可靠,根据制动衬垫磨损量自适应调节制动力,优化制动器制动效果,提高制动器安全系数。
