The invention further discloses a flow self-adaptive control gas phase sweating cooling thermal protection method, and when the thermal environment state is stabilized, the sweating agent supply flow q of the sweating agent gas source is determined according to the pneumatic heat flow Q on the outer side of the porous structure, the pneumatic pressure P1 on the outer side of the porous structure and the pressure P2 of an inner cavity of the porous structure; in an unstable thermal environment state, pre-judging changes of Q and P1 at the next moment, and adjusting q in advance; meanwhile, the temperature T of the porous structure is monitored, and when T rises to be higher than the upper limit of the optimal temperature interval, the sweating agent flow increment is started till T falls to the lower limit of the optimal temperature interval. The pneumatic thermal protection requirement can be efficiently met with the lower sweating agent flow requirement, and the pneumatic thermal protection device has wide application prospects in the technical field of pneumatic thermal protection.

    本发明公开了一种流量自适应控制的气相发汗冷却热防护系统,包括多孔结构、致密材料结构、多孔结构内腔、发汗剂供给管路、调压装置、发汗剂气源和电子控制系统。本发明还公开了流量自适应控制的气相发汗冷却热防护方法,稳定热环境状态时,根据多孔结构外侧的气动热流Q、多孔结构外侧的气动压力P1和多孔结构内腔的压力P2确定发汗剂气源供给发汗剂流量q;非稳定热环境状态时,预判下一时刻Q和P1的变化,提前调节q;同时监测多孔结构的温度T,当T上升高于最优温度区间上限时,开启发汗剂流量增量,直至T下降至最优温度区间下限。本发明能以更低的发汗剂流量需求高效地满足气动热防护要求,在气动热防护技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。
