The invention discloses a resistance device of a hypersonic aircraft. The resistance device comprises a resistance piece, a resistance device cabin, an ignition actuator, a limiting locking mechanism and the like, wherein the ignition actuator and the limiting locking mechanism are arranged in an inner cavity of the resistance device. The resistance sheet adopts a combined design of a curved surface structure and a crankshaft structure, and has a complete and smooth pneumatic shape in a folding state; the resistance sheet is fixed on the resistance device cabin body through the snapping pin, and after the fire actuator acts, the resistance sheet is unlocked and quickly opened; limiting pins, locking pins and springs of the limiting and locking mechanism are pressed in pin holes of the cabin body through resistance pieces, when the resistance pieces are unfolded, the two sets of locking pins are jacked into taper holes in the roots of the resistance pieces under the action of the springs, meanwhile, the limiting pins make contact with the wall of a U-shaped groove for limiting, and when the resistance pieces rebound, the locking pins completely enter the taper holes to complete locking. The technical problems of thermal protection, rapid opening, reliable locking and the like of the resistance device are solved, the installation manufacturability is good, and the falling speed control capacity of the hypersonic flight vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种高超声速飞行器阻力装置,包括阻力片、阻力装置舱体及置于阻力装置内腔的火工作动器、限位锁紧机构等。阻力片采用曲面结构与曲轴结构组合设计,在合拢状态下具有完整光顺的气动外形;阻力片通过拉断销固定在阻力装置舱体上,火工作动器作用后,实现阻力片解锁并快速张开;限位锁紧机构的限位销、锁紧销与弹簧被阻力片压在舱体的销孔内,阻力片展开时,两组锁紧销在弹簧作用下顶入阻力片根部锥孔内,同时限位销与U型槽壁接触进行限位,阻力片回弹时,锁紧销完全进入锥孔完成锁紧。本发明解决了阻力装置的热防护、快速张开及可靠锁紧等技术问题,且安装工艺性好,可提升高超声速飞行器的落速控制能力。
