The plate-type pulse two-position five-way electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the gas circuit of the electric car coupler, and the electromagnetic valve keeps the on-off state of the gas circuit after being electrified, so that compressed air is continuously supplied after the coupling of the electric car coupler is completed, and the application safety is improved; the plate-type pulse two-position five-way electromagnetic valve has a manual operation function, the on-off of a gas circuit of the plate-type pulse two-position five-way electromagnetic valve can be changed after the plate-type pulse two-position five-way electromagnetic valve is operated through a button or other tools, and when a motor train unit is powered off, the connection and disconnection of an electric car coupler can be achieved.

    本发明涉及动力集中动车组的领域,提出了一种动力集中动车组自动车钩控制装置及方法,装置包括:所述微机输出信号装置的输出端分别连接所述板式脉冲两位五通电磁阀和机械车钩解连电磁阀的电路输入端;所述板式脉冲两位五通电磁阀的气路输出端连接电气车钩,所述机械车钩解连电磁阀的气路输出端连接机械车钩;在机械车钩解连电磁阀的排气口上设置缩堵。本发明在采用板式脉冲两位五通电磁阀进行电气车钩气路控制,该电磁阀在得电后保持气路通断状态,使电气车钩连挂完成后压缩空气持续供给,提高运用安全性;板式脉冲两位五通电磁阀具有手动操作功能,通过按钮或其他工具操作后,可改变其气路通断,当动车组断电时也可实现电气车钩的连挂与解连。
