According to the control circuit, the first end of a pantograph lifting control button corresponding to each pantograph is electrically connected to a cab occupation relay, the second end of the pantograph lifting control button is electrically connected to the first end of a pantograph lifting selection switch, and a pantograph lifting relay is connected with a pantograph lifting electromagnetic valve in series; the selection ends of preset selection numbers of a plurality of pantograph lifting selection switches corresponding to a plurality of pantographs located at preset train numbers in a plurality of reconnection units and a plurality of pantograph lifting relays corresponding to the pantographs are electrically connected to a target reconnection train line; under the conditions that a cab corresponding to any pantograph occupies a relay to be powered on, a pantograph lifting control button is pressed down, and the first end of a pantograph lifting selection switch is electrically connected to the selection end with the number corresponding to the preset train number, the multiple pantographs located at the preset train number in the multiple reconnection units ascend or descend at the same time.
