The invention provides an output power control method and device of a vehicle-mounted fuel cell, a vehicle and a medium, the method is applied to the vehicle comprising the vehicle-mounted fuel cell and a vehicle-mounted power cell which are connected in parallel, and the method comprises the steps that the number of times of triggering a charge threshold value by the charge state of the vehicle-mounted power cell is determined in the running process of the vehicle; adjusting the charge threshold value of the vehicle-mounted power battery according to the number of times of triggering the charge threshold value by the charge state of the vehicle-mounted power battery; and adjusting the output power of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell according to the adjusted charge threshold value of the vehicle-mounted power cell. According to the method, the output power of the fuel cell in different driving scenes can be adaptively adjusted, so that the power requirements in different driving scenes are met, and the energy management strategy of the fuel cell is optimized.
