The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile power supply safety, and particularly relates to a battery management system and a vehicle controller, the battery management system comprises a high-voltage loop used for cooperating with a battery to supply energy through external discharge or charge energy storage, and the high-voltage loop is provided with a plurality of different relays, different relays cooperate with each other so that the high-voltage loop can be switched between different working conditions. The high-voltage sampling module is used for acquiring voltage signals at different sampling points on a high-voltage loop; the control module is in communication connection with the high-voltage sampling module and is used for carrying out fault diagnosis on different relays according to voltage signals fed back by the high-voltage sampling module; and the control module is also used for monitoring the working state of the high-voltage sampling module so as to carry out reset operation on the high-voltage sampling module when the high-voltage sampling module breaks down. According to the invention, the abnormal fault of the high-voltage sampling chip can be identified and reset in time, the reliability of the high-voltage sampling chip is improved, and the safety and stability of a battery high-voltage loop are ensured.

    本发明属于新能源汽车供电安全技术领域,具体涉及一种电池管理系统和车辆控制器,所述电池管理系统包括:高压回路,用于配合电池对外放电供能或者充电储能,且高压回路上设置有多个不同的继电器,不同的继电器之间通过相互配合以使高压回路在不同的工况之间进行切换;高压采样模块,用于在高压回路上的不同采样点采集电压信号;控制模块,与高压采样模块通讯连接,用于依据高压采样模块反馈的电压信号对不同的继电器进行故障诊断;其中,控制模块还用于监测高压采样模块的工作状态,以在其发生故障时对其进行复位操作。本发明可以识别高压采样芯片的异常故障,并及时对其进行复位,提高了高压采样芯片的可靠性,保障电池高压回路安全和稳定。
