The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicles, and discloses an electric vehicle charger which comprises a shell, a circuit board, a radiator and a heat transfer piece. The shell is provided with a containing cavity, the containing cavity is provided with heat dissipation holes, the circuit board is installed on the shell and used for achieving connection between the photovoltaic panel and the electric vehicle so that the photovoltaic panel can charge the electric vehicle, and the radiator is installed in the shell and provided with heat dissipation fins extending into the heat dissipation holes. The heat transfer piece is installed on the side, away from the heat dissipation holes, of the radiator and abuts against the circuit board. The heat transfer piece is used for transferring heat of the circuit board to the radiator. The electric vehicle charger is good in heat dissipation effect, can well prevent the temperature of the charger from being too high in the charging process, and is beneficial to improving the charging efficiency, shortening the charging time and improving the user experience.
