The invention discloses a cabin air inlet flow field intelligent control method suitable for a light hybrid power commercial vehicle, which is applied to a control system composed of a grating blade, a flow guide plate, two execution motors, a position sensor, a temperature sensor, an AGS controller, a vehicle controller unit VCU, an engine controller unit ECU, a battery management system unit BMS and a motor control unit PCU. The opening degree of an active air inlet grille and the position of a flow guide mechanism in a cabin are determined by combining the specific working condition of a vehicle, a related power system and an air conditioning system, and therefore the variable requirements of a hybrid power system for air inlet parameters are met; meanwhile, the problem that in a traditional active air inlet grille control method, air inlet adjustment only depends on engine state parameters, and adjustment hysteresis is generated is solved; heat accumulation caused by cyclone vortex in the cabin is avoided; and moreover, the accuracy of the basic opening numerical value is improved, and the adjustment frequency and time are reduced.
本发明公开了一种适用于轻型混合动力商用车的机舱进气流场智能控制方法,是应用于由格栅叶片、导流板、2个执行电机、位置传感器、温度传感器、AGS控制器、车辆控制器单元VCU、发动机控制器单元ECU、电池管理系统单元BMS、电机控制单元PCU组成的控制系统,通过结合车辆具体工况,以及相关动力系统和空调系统确定主动进气格栅开度,以及舱内导流机构的位置,从而解决混合动力系统对进气参数的多变需求;同时解决了传统主动进气格栅控制方法中只依靠发动机状态参数进气调节而产生的调节滞后性问题;避免了机舱内气旋涡流造成的热量堆积;并且提高了基础开度数值的准确度,减少了调整频率与时间。
