The invention discloses new energy automobile automatic online frameless automobile door glass adjusting equipment and a control method thereof.The new energy automobile automatic online frameless automobile door glass adjusting equipment comprises a mounting plate and a fixing plate which have a certain splicing angle, and two control units are symmetrically connected to the positions, close to the side wall, of the included angle face of the mounting plate and the fixing plate through bolts and used for controlling the whole adjusting equipment; the spine bolt is connected to the middle of the included angle face of the mounting plate and the fixing plate and used for reinforcing the whole adjusting equipment, and the fixing mechanism is connected to the position, close to the middle, of the front wall of the mounting plate through bolts and used for sucking and fixing glass needing to be adjusted. By additionally arranging the positioning assembly taking the vehicle door as the reference and cooperatively using the adjusting mechanism, the fixing mechanism, the auxiliary mechanism and the detection unit, the frameless vehicle door glass can be quickly positioned and adjusted, so that the adjustment operation can be completed when the vehicle door assembly is mounted, and the difficult adjustment in the whole vehicle state is avoided; and the adjusting efficiency of the vehicle door is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车自动在线无框车门玻璃调整设备及其控制方法,包括具有一定拼接角度的安装板和固定板,两个所述控制单元对称螺栓连接于安装板和固定板的夹角面靠近侧壁位置,用于对整个调整设备进行控制,所述脊柱螺栓连接于安装板和固定板的夹角面中部位置,用于对整个调整设备进行加固,所述固定机构螺栓连接于安装板的前壁靠近中部位置,用于对需要调节的玻璃进行吸住固定。本发明通过增设以车门为基准的定位组件,并配合使用调节机构、固定机构、辅助机构和检测单元能够对无框车门玻璃进行快速的定位调整,使其在安装车门总成时便可完成调整操作,避免在整车的状态下进行困难的调整,提高了对车门的调节效率。
