According to the four-quadrant oil pump system, flexible work switching under the active lifting working condition, the active descending working condition, the passive lifting working condition and the passive descending working condition can be achieved, kinetic energy generated in a hydraulic system in the running process is converted into electric energy, and the cruising ability of a vehicle and the use efficiency of a power source are improved.

    本发明属于液压式主动悬架技术领域的四象限油泵系统,本发明还涉及一种四象限油泵系统的控制方法。执行器(1)的执行器上腔(1‑1)通过第一管路(1‑3)连通容积泵(5),执行器(1)的执行器下腔(1‑2)通过第二管路(1‑4)连通容积泵(5),第一管路(1‑3)上设置第一开闭阀(2‑1)和第一蓄能器(3‑1),容积泵(5)通过第三管路(1‑5)连接电机(7),容积泵(5)连接电机(7),控制器(8)连接电源(9)和域控制器(10)。本发明所述的四象限油泵系统,能够实现主动举升工况、主动下降工况、被动举升工况、被动下降工况下工作切换灵活,并将运行过程中液压系统中产生的动能转化为电能,提高车辆的续航能力和电源使用效率。
