The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an automobile full-active suspension system which comprises a shock absorber assembly, an external electromagnetic valve assembly and a two-way hydraulic pump, the shock absorber assembly comprises a piston rod, a first hydraulic cavity and a second hydraulic cavity, and the piston rod is arranged in the first hydraulic cavity; the external electromagnetic valve assembly comprises a valve block, a compression electromagnetic valve and a recovery electromagnetic valve, a first flow channel and a second flow channel which penetrate through the two opposite ends of the valve block are formed in the valve block, and the compression electromagnetic valve and the recovery electromagnetic valve are arranged on the valve block and can communicate with the first flow channel and the second flow channel correspondingly. The first ends of the first flow channel and the second flow channel are respectively communicated with an oil inlet and an oil return port of the bidirectional hydraulic pump, and the second ends of the first flow channel and the second flow channel are respectively communicated with the first hydraulic cavity and the second hydraulic cavity; the compression electromagnetic valve and the recovery electromagnetic valve are integrated on the valve block, and damping adjustment of the external electromagnetic valve assembly on the shock absorber is not affected, so that the installation position of the external electromagnetic valve assembly is not limited, and the external electromagnetic valve assembly is flexibly arranged.

    本发明涉及到汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车全主动悬架系统,包括减震器总成、外置电磁阀总成和双向液压泵,减震器总成包括活塞杆、第一液压腔和第二液压腔,活塞杆设于第一液压腔内,外置电磁阀总成包括阀块、压缩电磁阀和复原电磁阀,阀块的内部设有贯穿阀块相对两端的第一流道和第二流道,压缩电磁阀和复原电磁阀设于阀块上能够分别与第一流道和第二流道连通,第一流道和第二流道的第一端分别与双向液压泵的进油口和回油口连通,第一流道和第二流道的第二端分别与第一液压腔和第二液压腔连通;本发明通过将压缩电磁阀、复原电磁阀集成在阀块上,且不影响外置电磁阀总成对减震器的阻尼调节,使得外置电磁阀总成的安装位置不受限制,灵活布置。
