The invention provides a tire nailing method which solves the technical problems that when an existing nailed tire provides good road holding force, a pin falls off and deviates, and the pin seriously abrades the tire and the road surface when the tire runs on the road surface without ice and snow, and can be widely applied to the field of tire nailing. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: dividing a tire tread into left and right sides by taking a center line of a tire crown as a symmetric center, and dividing each side into 11 tracks; wherein the shoulder part is a first track, and the sequence of the shoulder part is sequentially increased towards the center line; the distance among the fourth track, the fifth track and the sixth track is 4.5%-5.25% of the length of the tire grounding edge running surface, and the distance among the other tracks is 4%-4.25% of the length of the tire grounding edge running surface; nail holes are formed in the track, no nail hole is formed within 5%-5.75% of the running length of the ground contact edge of the tire shoulder, pins are inserted into all the nail holes, and the nail-embedded tire is formed.

    本发明提供一种轮胎的镶钉方法,其解决了现有的镶钉轮胎在提供良好抓地力的同时,存在着销钉脱落、偏歪以及在非冰雪地路面行驶时销钉对轮胎及路面造成严重磨损的技术问题,可广泛应用于轮胎镶钉领域;具体包括以下步骤:以轮胎胎冠的中心线作为对称中心,将轮胎胎面划分成左右两侧,每一侧再分成11条轨道数;其中,肩部为第一轨道,向靠近中心线序列依次增加;第四轨道,第五轨道和第六轨道之间的间距为轮胎接地边缘行驶面长度的4.5%‑5.25%,其余轨道之间的间距为轮胎接地边缘行驶面长度的4%‑4.25%;在轨道上开设钉孔,距离轮胎肩部接地边缘行驶长度的5%‑5.75%内不开设钉孔,将销钉插入到全部的钉孔内,形成镶钉轮胎。
