The invention discloses an axle housing mounting structure based on a suspension beam body. The axle housing mounting structure comprises a beam body, a mounting bracket, an adaptive seat, a penetrating connecting piece, an axle housing mounting seat and an axle housing body, the installation supports are welded to the two sides of the beam body. The adaptive seat is arranged on the upper surface of the beam body, and the bottom of the adaptive seat is connected with the upper surfaces of the two mounting brackets; the penetrating connecting pieces are arranged on the two sides of the mounting support, and one ends of the penetrating connecting pieces sequentially penetrate through the mounting support and the adaptive base and extend to the position above the adaptive base. The axle housing mounting seats are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the upper surface of the adaptive seat and are arranged on the penetrating connecting piece in a sleeving manner; the axle housing body is located between the two axle housing installation bases. The invention relates to the technical field of suspension beam body and axle housing installation, through the arrangement, the vertical load resistance and the longitudinal impact force resistance can be effectively improved, the situation that the upper contact face and the lower contact face of the axle housing and the beam body crack is avoided, and then the service life of the device is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于悬架梁体的桥壳安装结构,包括梁体本体、安装支架、适配座、贯穿连接件、桥壳安装座以及桥壳本体;安装支架焊接在梁体本体的两侧;适配座设置在梁体本体的上表面,且底部与两个安装支架上表面连接;贯穿连接件设置在安装支架的两侧,且贯穿连接件的一端依次贯穿安装支架以及适配座,并延伸至适配座上方;桥壳安装座对称设置在适配座的上表面两侧,且套设在贯穿连接件上;桥壳本体位于两个桥壳安装座之间。本发明涉及悬架梁体和桥壳安装技术领域,通过上述设置,能够有效提升抗垂直载荷以及纵向冲击力的能力,避免出现桥壳与梁体上下接触面开裂的情况,进而延长装置的使用寿命。
