The battery box body comprises a box body, an upper-layer heating film, a lower-layer heating film, a plurality of upper-layer battery cells and a plurality of lower-layer battery cells; the box body has a thickness direction and comprises a partition plate, an upper-layer groove body and a lower-layer groove body, wherein the upper-layer groove body and the lower-layer groove body are separated by the partition plate and distributed in the thickness direction. The plurality of upper-layer battery cells are arranged in the upper-layer groove body, the plurality of lower-layer battery cells are arranged in the lower-layer groove body, and the thickness direction of the upper-layer battery cells and the thickness direction of the lower-layer battery cells are both parallel to the thickness direction of the box body; the upper-layer heating film is attached to the upper surfaces of the plurality of upper-layer battery cells, and the lower-layer heating film is attached to the lower surfaces of the plurality of lower-layer battery cells. According to the battery box body and the automobile battery temperature control system, the problem that an existing battery pack rapid heating mode is low in heating efficiency is solved.
