The disclosed battery replacement cabinet comprises a cabinet body, the cabinet body is provided with a heat exchange bin and a battery bin, and the heat exchange bin is communicated with the outside; the liquid storage container is used for storing heat exchange liquid, the first heat exchanger is arranged in the battery bin, the second heat exchanger is arranged in an inner cavity of the heat exchange bin, and a liquid outlet of the liquid storage container, the first heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger and a liquid inlet of the liquid storage container are sequentially communicated; a liquid conveying loop used for conveying heat exchange liquid is formed, the pressurizing device is arranged on the liquid conveying loop, and the heat exchange liquid flows to the second heat exchanger from the first heat exchanger; and the air extraction piece is used for extracting external air into the heat exchange bin. The battery compartment of the battery replacement cabinet can dissipate heat by means of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, so that the probability that electronic components in the inner cavity of the battery compartment are damaged due to temperature influence is low, and the durability of the battery replacement cabinet is good.
